Yakers find their origin in the hills of the Himalayas. Originally made for human consumption, they are still widely eaten by Himilayan people and their dogs.
Yakers Yak Chews are made from a mix of skimmed Yak and Cow milk. A very small amount of lime juice and salt is added to harden to coagulate (harden) the milk, which is then compressed into blocks and smoke dried for 28 days to give the chews their unique flavour.

Feeding guide: please always supervise your pet when feeding natural treats and always make sure fresh water is readily available. Once your dog has enjoyed the Yak chew, take the remaining small end piece and place it in the microwave on high for 30-60 seconds until it puffs up. Allow to cool, then give it back to your dog to finish the treat!
